This property in Cheshire required structural repairs due to ground movement. The first problem that Concrete Solutions had to overcome was that the lintel and brick panel above the kitchen window had a huge crack in it and was rotating outwards about three inches and was near to collapse. This needed to be rebuilt so in order to hold up the brickwork above we installed two stainless steel beams as support and rebuilt the brickwork lintel and panel.
Additional repairs were added after including lateral restraints installed through the brickwork in to the joists and through ties to add support to the outer and inner course of brickwork.
