A property on Merseyside undergoing major conversion had a problem on the front elevation as the lintels and brickwork panel had dropped due to poor drainage causing water ingress under the foundations. Concrete Solutions were asked to stabilise and enhance the sub soil below the footings driving lances down approximateley 1.5metres to compact sand.
